I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern working towards full licensure being supervised by Catherine Lamb, LPC-S. I graduated from Walden University with a Master’s of Science in Marriage, Couple, & Family Counseling with a specialization in Trauma & Crisis. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults on a wide variety of issues including trauma (sexual, physical, and/or emotional abuse), depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-harm self-worth, identity issues, self-esteem, as well as social skills. I am passionate about helping individuals become the best version of themselves.
I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to best fit your therapeutic needs, including Trauma-Focused CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, as well Solution-Focused Therapy. My therapy style is truly eclectic, as I like to tailor my counseling style to fit the client’s needs.
Through various therapeutic techniques I work with each client to ensure the therapeutic process meets their individual needs. Together, we will work as a collaborative team to help identify treatment goals and changes that you wish to see in your life. I look forward to helping you navigate this journey called life.
