I hear you, that's why Eclectic Clinical Solutions also offers mini-sessions. These 25-minute sessions can be conducted via telephone or video and are perfect for your busy lifestyle!
I am passionate about working with survivors of sexual trauma, domestic violence, and those seeking to overcome anxiety. Together we can start your journey to balance those scales, overcome negative self-talk and deal with your past at your pace.
There is no one size fits all approach to therapy. I believe in utilizing an eclectic approach, so that your therapeutic journey is as unique as you are. Eclectic Clinical Solutions currently offers 100% HIPPA-compliant virtual sessions. This means that you’re able to show up in the way that’s most authentic to you, whether its in your most comfortable clothes, with your fur baby, or with a cup of tea and a blanket. This includes offering sessions outside of the typical 9-5 hours to accommodate your busy schedule.
