Life happens and we each encounter life challenges at one point or another. Negative thoughts and beliefs often control how we think, feel and relate. Over time, our pervasive thoughts and emotions can/may become overwhelming and/ or even repressed. Each client I serve will be met where they are, with acceptance and empathy. I offer a safe, warm, therapeutic, judgement free space for adults (18+). My strengths lie with listening(actively), client engagement, support, processing your feelings and empowering you to heal, overcome and thrive. With the use of mindfulness, DBT, CBT, solution focused, strength based, humanistic and person- centered approaches, we will work on your specific goal(s) with the purpose of arriving at an outcome you desire.
