Description

I remember the first time I decided to seek therapy. I remember the mixed emotions of anxiety, fear, being overwhelmed, not knowing what to look for, or where to start. It can be especially difficult if you are BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+. You can rest assured that all of those feelings are valid and normal.

My role is not to give advice or solve your problems, but to help you unearth the solutions that are lying dormant within you. By utilizing structured therapies (CBT, Solution Focused, etc) and expressive therapies (Psychodrama, Narrative, Art, etc), I will be your guide. We all have the strength, intuition, and resilience needed to overcome traumas, whether they are “little t” or “BIG T” stressors.

Don’t let fear prevent you from reaching out for help with the issues you are experiencing. I am here to hold space for you and offer a supportive, safe, non-judgmental environment. You do not have to go through this alone.
