Feeling caught in anxious thoughts, compulsions, difficult life transitions, or the weight of past experiences? I work with adults to better understand what's happening and develop evidenced-based tools to respond differently. Our work is collaborative and aimed at building the life you want to live. I strive to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to face challenges and move forward with greater clarity.
I primarily treat anxiety using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma recovery.
