Throughout our lives we collect scars through tough reminders and/or traumas. My hope is for you to understand that it is okay to struggle, and it is okay to have support and guidance. I have worked with children and adults who have struggled with severe mental illness, physical and emotional traumas, depression, anxiety, identity issues, and more. I pride myself in creating a safe and unbiased space for my clients, because comfort is part of the healing process and moving forward. Life is a journey for us all, but I am here to help you navigate this thing we call “Life”."
