As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I help those who are willing to dedicate time & effort into themselves & their relationships. Together, we will examine your experiences, identify trauma, and explore tools to help you manage life stressors. I do not believe in rushing to find a quick fix, especially when it comes to our complex human experiences.
