Ive had the great pleasure of practicing clinical psychotherapy for over 15 years. My joy originates from the belief that all beings have the potential for growth and change when inspired and supported. I practice from CBT (cognitive behavioral ) Psychodynamic and Mind/Body based approaches. As a dedicated yoga and meditation student for over 10 years, I use a selection of these elements in my clinical work. Depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, racial/racism stressors, career/work challenges and the desire to explore the "self" are areas of growth opportunities.
