Description
I am passionate about serving underserved communities, including those impacted by systemic inequality, trauma, limited access to care, or racial battle fatigue. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to move forward on their own terms. Whether managing illness, adjusting to life changes, or seeking mind- body balance, I offer compassionate care that meets you where you are. With specialized training in health psychology, pain, and insomnia treatment, as well as a clinical background in occupational therapy, I offer a whole person integrative approach to healing. My combined training allows me to understand the complex interplay between the mind, body, and daily functioning, helping clients not just to cope, but rediscover purpose and meaning in their lives. Grounded in clinical science and compassion, I use evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mind- body approaches tailored to each client’s unique journey. In our sessions, we’ll collaboratively explore how physical health, emotional wellbeing, and daily function intersect in your life.
