You may feel anxious, sad, emotionally drained, or unsure where to turn, even if you’re still showing up and functioning day to day. When stress, low mood, or constant worry start to interfere with your peace, it can be hard to know where to begin. I help adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, mood changes, family dynamics, and major life transitions. Many of my clients describe feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves, and are looking for a safe place to talk things through and feel better.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience, my approach is supportive and practical, helping you better understand your thoughts and emotions while developing tools to feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, and in control.
