Description

When you work with me in therapy—whether as an individual, couple, or family—you can expect honesty, directness, and a safe space to grow. I believe in challenging unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, empowering you to explore new perspectives and strategies for meaningful change. My therapeutic approach blends empathy, support, and action, tailored to help you move beyond your current challenges.

Open communication is at the heart of my work. I encourage my clients to share their thoughts, feelings, and feedback openly, in whatever way feels most natural to them. Your input is crucial to shaping our sessions and tracking your progress. As part of our work together, I may suggest homework assignments—activities or tasks to practice and reflect on between sessions. These exercises are designed to deepen your understanding and prepare you for the next step in your journey.

One of my favorite quotes, by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., inspires much of my philosophy:

"If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run, then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl. But whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward."

This powerful reminder captures the resilience and perseverance I aim to foster in my clients. Your journey is unique, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Let’s work together to overcome obstacles and create the life you envision.
