At Mara's Lighthouse, it's our mission to help you find your light and find your healing. As a dedicated EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Trauma therapist I strive to provide quality counseling services that will help you get “unstuck.” Each session is tailored to meet your individual needs.

We specialize in providing trauma informed care and we are passionate about ensuring that our clients receive the best care possible. We bring a unique and fresh approach to helping individuals and families that may struggle with a traumatic past, sexual abuse, physical abuse, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and stress.
