Too often, we are taught to suppress our emotions and keep going. We may feel that addressing our past and daily challenges are too painful to conquer. I completely understand and agree that taking the steps to heal can seem daunting. I am here to not only support you in the process, but to protect you while doing so. It takes courage, commitment and perseverance to break the chains that may hinder you from being the person you desire. The name of my practice is Truth in Healing, because I am aware of and acknowledge all it takes to go on this journey of self-healing.
The strengthening of self through emotional intelligence, healing trauma and building a sense of competency is my overall mission. Let's ignite that Black Girl Magic that dwells inside of you!
