I see teens, adults and couples. I will work closely with you to clarify issues important to you, so together we can navigate together towards healing. Sometimes previous life experiences can make it difficult to create something new; so we will spend time reflecting on critical past experiences, while staying connected to present-day challenges, to support the healing process. I love helping people create, or identify, their own metaphor within the therapy relationship and is often central to the work we do together.
