“Challenges make you discover things about yourself that you never really knew” -Cicely Tyson
In our ever-changing lives, we grapple with loving, understanding, and remaining connected to our authentic selves. As your therapist, I am here to listen to you, walk alongside you on the road to healing and growth, and partner with you to recognize your inherent strengths and innate ability to thrive.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you, the expert on your own life, can share your experiences, your understanding of those experiences, and any thoughts and emotions that come up as we navigate the exploration process. I am dedicated to helping teens better navigate, understand, and connect with their emerging selves. It is my goal to support clients with identifying strengths, embracing limits, and recognizing resilience, to effectively manage life’s challenges and utilize healthy coping skills to help them reach an improved quality of life, achieve balance, and a sense of wholeness in life.
I hold an MSW degree from Arizona State University and have extensive experience working with teens and their families.
