Hi! My name is Ashley Eason and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. As a licensed therapist, I practice through a holistic and strengths-based lens as I believe it’s important to focus on your entire body. I am an emphatic and supportive practitioner.
When meeting with clients, I bring warmth, sincerity, and compassion. I foster a healing space that is non-judgmental, safe, encouraging, and collaborative. It is important to build a therapeutic relationship with my clients as a first step. We will work together to explore what brought you to therapy and develop yout treatment goals. I strive to inspire individuals to reach their greatest potential by supporting and preparing them for success.
I specialize in modalities of depression, trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship concerns, and self-esteem to name a few. I work to create a safe and courageous space for clients, which allows them to work through challenges, celebrate growth and learn strategies that are lifelong tools.
