My therapeutic approach to therapy is integrative, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing is possible when we create a safe, compassionate place for all parts of ourselves. Drawing from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
