MA Jean-Charles Psychotherapy and Consulting, LLC, provides psychodynamic therapy to individuals, couples, and families of color. We started our practice due to a shortage of private practices concentrating on people of color. In today’s climate, the feeling of otherness is more acute among people of color. Factor dealing with emotional challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, marital/relationship stress, racial trauma, then it may feel like the world is more unbearable. MA Jean-Charles Psychotherapy and Consulting, LLC’s overall goal is to promote healing and emotional growth by providing a safe space that encourages the development of skills to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health concerns for clients. Psychotherapy services include life coaching to promote self-efficacy and empower clients to live their best lives.
