She specializes in working with individuals exploring their identity, self-worth and purpose, work-life balance, anxiety, and depression. She is particularly passionate about working with first-generation immigrant populations, millennials navigating “adulting” and men dealing with depression, anxiety, and career transitions. In her free time Lydia loves traveling with her friends and family, learning about different cultures, watching movies and Netflix.
