I want to help you to understand the thoughts and feelings that influence your actions and behaviors, and to help you gain clarity and insight, to understand the true nature of fear, anxiety and other destructive emotions.
I take a relational approach by creating a non-judgmental, empathic environment with every client. I use a person-centered integrative therapy approach as we explore what matters most to you, patterns of how you think and how you find meaning in life.
