So many times we go through the stress relationships, work, self-doubt, and just what we call "Lifing"; appearing on the outside to have it all together but on the inside feeling depressed and overwhelmed. What would happen if everyone accepted that it is okay to not always be okay? I invite you to a nurturing and non-judgmental space where you feel seen and supported. Together, we can work through these feelings while also working on building greater self-awareness, developing coping skills, and improving overall well-being.
Each client is unique and it is my job to assess and meet the client where they are for the most successful outcome.
I provide individual therapy sessions for $140 and I also accept health insurance plans. Additionally, I provide free phone consultations and HIPAA compliant video sessions.
