I have been working with women and girls for over 20 years. I specialize in mother-daughter conflict, self esteem issues, forgiveness, shame and anxiety. I use Cognitive and Dialectical behavior therapies in my work and sessions are highly interactive. Most of our challenges start with our thoughts about ourselves, others, and the world. I like to encourage my clients to think about their thinking and how it informs behaviors and choices. I want clients who are ready to move forward in their lives and change for the better.
