Hi and welcome. My name is Lisa and I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the state of Florida. I have worked in the field of mental health for over 10 years in multiple facets. I specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma, substance use, severe and persistent mental health, adoption, anxiety, depression, and a host of other problems.
I believe in working with you and for you to help you explore how past experiences have impacted your current day to day living. This is a team effort where my approach is person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, with some motivational Interviewing as well. I strongly believe that with a little bit of help, you can get to where you feel healthy in all aspects of your life. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and an Adoption Competent Therapist.
