Hello, I’m Lindsey Cotton. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families to address a range of mental health and behavioral problems. My approach is accepting, affirmative, and collaborative. I seek to provide a secure, non-judgmental, and encouraging environment that will lead to growth and give you room to challenge yourself. I will work with you to create a therapeutic approach to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. Whether your goals are short term or long term, I hope to work alongside you to achieve them and move toward healing and change.
