I work specifically with women of color and BIPOC, to facilitate and co-create a space where breath can return to body, realities can be named and truth can be re-integrated. I seek to bear witness to the reality of pain AND the hope of healing. Whether navigating life transitions, anxiety and depression, infertility, stress, PTSD, self esteem issues, racial, gender or spiritual trauma, I hope to reconnect women to the resilience and resources that are available internally and externally. You are not alone. You are not abandoned. You can return. You can re-member.
