Hi there. Taking care of your mental, emotional health is an essential part of your well being. Therapy does not mean your are "crazy" or just for those who are not functioning. It can be a great resource to work through some tough, sensitive issues as well as a resource to have an unbiased person to help you navigate past, present or future things in your life.
