Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Life Coach

I provide short-term therapy to help you identify wants and needs, address fears, insecurities, and traumas of the past, and then take steps towards meaningfully achieving growth while stabilizing your presenting concerns.

For almost two decades, my focus has been to support, advocate and promote personal and professional development. Throughout the years I have acted as an advocate, case worker, trainer, administrator in nonprofit organizations, psychotherapist, intern supervisor and applied behavior analysis provider for toddlers on the autism spectrum. My engagement with people with disabilities, adolescents, seniors, community-based programs, healthcare, toddlers, and parents has afforded me a vast repertoire to assist clients with day-to-day issues, ending generational trauma, grief resolution and transitional life events. I specialize in solution-focused therapy, grief therapy and applied behavior analysis. I also incorporate other modalities of therapy with focus on strength-based, behavioral, stress-management and psychodynamic approaches.

My style of therapy is to draw from your past experiences, process unresolved trauma, and use the insights to create a new way of thinking. We will work together to outline steps that achieve your desired goals and improve thought processes. Clients who are ready for self-honesty, accountability and growth are ideal to begin this therapeutic journey.
