At times we are faced with obstacles, stressors, and challenges that create barriers to living a desired successful life. My therapeutic approach is to work with clients in a holistic manner, to explore the psychological, spiritual, and emotional aspects of one’s life. In my approach we work together as a team to better understand how our thinking and feelings are linked to behaviors; we further work as a team to address automatic negative thoughts and implement a plan to redirect thoughts to a more positive exploration of self. Finally, we will work together to implement daily coping skills to explore options and possibilities.
