Description
My practice serves individuals with various issues such as relationships, self-esteem, grief and loss, depression, anxiety and other mental health hurdles. I help clients who feel that their life is spiraling out of control, gain self-discipline l, and develop coping strategies, which ultimately leads them to inner peace. As a young teen, I know it must be difficult handling bullying whether it is online or in person. It is crucial providing a safe place to discuss sensitive matters. As a LPC, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps clients look at negative cognitions by replacing them with positive ones. I also like to use Person Centered Therapy, which is an empathetic approach that empowers and motivates the client in the therapeutic process. As a empathetic and non-judgmental therapist, my clients feel supported and engaged in the topic at hand. One goal for therapy is to move towards self-sufficiency; clients leave my office inspired and ready to tackle everyday problems without feeling defeated or hopeless.
