Hello potential client. I am Robin Williams-Riggans and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who currently practices in the state of Texas. I have over 9 years experience working independently with individuals, adolescents, children, couples and families with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting support, co parenting support, self esteem issues, life transitions and more. I practice from a non-judgmental zone by establishing a very safe, effective therapeutic relationship with my clients. I have experience in a wide range of settings including hospitals, schools, community, private and public sectors. I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life and I believe firmly in meeting individuals where they are.
I am very culturally competent and aware that it takes a lot of courage to seek help, ask for help and utilize help. I understand it can be very uncomfortable at times. It is my destiny to help you heal, figure it all out and guide you into thriving as an healthy individual that you so deserve to be. I realize you are the author of your own life, of your own story and as your therapist I will never ask you to change that. However, I do know, it is my job to allow you to tell your story, help you accept your story and walk with you as you begin writing your next chapter. I will help you by providing practical tools and solutions that you will be able to apply in all aspects and areas of your life.
