My theoretical approach is an integrated blend of therapy techniques intended to provide a unique therapy experience for each person. While I specialize in helping individuals navigate difficult life transitions, I often assist individuals with overcoming a wide range of other obstacles such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and low self-esteem.
