I utilize group therapy and psycho-education to normalize the therapeutic experience when individual counseling can feel isolating. Group offers the client relatability and community. Witnessing the healing and growth of others can help you experience healing and growth of your own.
If this is your first time seeking therapy, or you aren't quite comfortable with the group experience, individual therapy is available. Have you noticed increased anxious feelings?
