Description

Our mission is to provide culturally informed therapy treatment to individuals seeking to heal from past experiences to live productive and fulfilled lives. We specialize in serving the Black community, individuals of the LGBTQIA+ community, and meet with clients as young as 10-years-old.

If you are struggling with daily life because of events that have occurred in your life or if you have unhelpful thought patterns that are impacting your relationships with your partner, family or friends, we are here to help. We will utilize different coping skills as well as provide psycho-education and homework so you can continue to implement the skills that we practice in therapy after our relationship ends to assist you with maintaining a healthy and productive lifestyle.

We are dedicated to meeting the client where they are and focus on the therapeutic relationship opposed to the mental health diagnosis of the client. Our clinicians specialize in assisting individuals with trauma histories, depression, anxiety, thought distortions, low self-esteem, body image concerns, adjustment/life transitions, family relational issues, perfectionism, anger management, grief and loss as well as micro-aggressions in the workplace.

Helping people heal from past traumas and live a more rewarding life is the most beneficial gift. We utilize body-based techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and other proven therapy methods to help decrease your mental health symptoms. We enjoy seeing people recognize the progress they have made while in therapy and how it has positively impacted their life. We all deserve to live our best lives!
