Through the recognition of new self-awareness, clients will work towards their goals through her directive and active guidance. She uses an integrative approach, encompassing Existential Theory with Gestalt techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychoanalytic techniques. Lauren’s professional experience stems from a background in inpatient psychiatry, non-profit organizations, and trauma-informed care in an emergency setting. Lauren is dedicated to creating an environment that allows the client to be grounded in meaning to exist, to experience, to emerge or to become. She believes the therapeutic rapport and collaborative efforts in therapy will allow the clients to see inner wholeness.
