Greetings! I'm Lauren, the owner of Surrendering Minds counseling. Here at Surrendering Minds, we focus on empowering you to heal using all the magnificent healing abilities that are already within each of us. I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of clinical experience. I have provided counseling expertise in a variety of settings which include: in-home counseling, school counseling, infant mental health (ages 0-5), and Medical Social Work. I am a certified Yoga Teacher and a passionate yogi. In combination, with talk therapy and breath/mediation practices, we offer ourselves the ability to release all the negative emotions that no longer serve us. Which opens up the possibilities to receive healing and experience emotional shifts.
