Description

If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, or mood changes, it can be hard to know where to start. I work with adults in Alabama and Colorado who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. When medication is helpful, we decide together, always keeping you in the driver’s seat. I see medication as a tool, not a band-aid, and I encourage changes in daily habits and patterns so you can build lasting mental health. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life. We’ll move at your pace, creating a plan that feels right for you.
In our sessions, we’ll talk about what’s been hard, notice patterns, and find tools that help you feel more grounded and present. If we decide medication could help, I’ll guide you through the process with care and clear information, making sure you feel supported every step of the way.
I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 8+ years of experience, certified in mindfulness therapy. I’ve helped many people move from just getting by to feeling steady and hopeful again. My approach combines compassion, evidence-based care, and shared decision-making so you feel confident in your treatment plan.
