Description

As a therapist, I show up prepared—not just clinically, but emotionally. Life brings challenges we often face for the very first time, with no roadmap or guide. My goal is to walk with you through those moments, offering both support and tools that help you feel less lost and more empowered.

I was drawn to this work from personal experience. I faced depression and grief at a young age without the support I needed, and now I’m committed to making sure others never have to struggle alone. My practice centers on compassion, non-judgment, and equipping clients with a “mental health ”toolbox”—skills and strategies they can return to whenever life feels overwhelming.

I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief, identity loss, and stress. My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, strengths-based practice, DBT skills, and behavioral activation. I focus on meeting clients where they are and empowering them to build sustainable coping strategies for their day-to-day lives.

I earned my BSW from Clark Atlanta University and my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University. I’m also someone healing in real time. I may not have all the answers, but I promise to listen, hold space, and try my best—always.
