Are you feeling sad, anxious, or just overwhelmed with all life has thrown at you? Do you find yourself in an abusive relationship, unsure if you want to stay or leave? Have you noticed changes or concerning behaviors in your children? Managing basic day to day responsibilities can be challenging, and adding financial stress, relationship issues, and/or parenting concerns, can make obtaining a healthy balance seem nearly impossible, but you do not have to go through it alone. I am here to support you and walk along side you to offer you tools you can use to successfully manage all aspects of life.
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families on a wide range of issues and challenges. I have a special passion for working with children, teens, and young adults, and have many years of experience in working with this population. I am also a certified domestic violence counselor and trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy level 1 & 2.
I approach therapy in a very supportive and collaborative way, and I am ready to walk with you through your life journey providing different perspectives for you to consider and skills you may use to use to design the next chapter of your life.
