As a Black woman I understand firsthand the stigmas of therapy in the Black and Latin communities. Using the tools that I acquired during schooling at NYU, I want to help abolish those stigmas and provide the tools needed for people of color to live a life that includes mental health wellness and a platform that involves uplifting us to our fullest potential in leading lives that are extraordinary and meaningful.
