Description
You've been the strong one for so long it doesn't even feel like a choice anymore. It's just who you are. The one who handles it, holds it together, and keeps going no matter how heavy it gets.
But inside? You're exhausted. Anxious. Disconnected from yourself in ways that are hard to even put into words. You're functioning, but you know you're not really living.
That's not a character flaw. That's what happens when survival mode becomes your only mode.
I work with Black women who are ready to stop performing strength and start actually coming home to themselves. We go beyond coping. Using EMDR, CBT, and a culturally grounded approach, we work with both the mind and the nervous system, because what you've been carrying isn't just in your head. It's in your body too.
This isn't about fixing you. You were never broken. It's about finally having a space that's entirely yours, where you don't have to hold it together, explain yourself, or be strong for anyone.
You deserve that. And when you're ready, I'm here.
