I provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental virtual environment where you can be yourself and get support with those concerns that may be troubling you. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge, resources, and skills to help you manage each day.
I believe that you are the author of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
