I am a marriage and family therapist and received Master’s in Marriage and Family Therap and a Master’s in Education with a specialization in child development. I am pursing licensure in professional counseling and specialize in relationship and family issues. I have over 20 years’ experience advocating for youths and disadvantaged populations while being the vessel for the unheard and empowering those wanting to be heard. The clinical modality taken is an integrative, holistic, and strength-based systemic approach. My passion is to collaboratively help others in their journey to healing and discover meaning to restablish the narrative within your own identity. I am influenced by Cognitive Behavior (CBT), Narrative and Existential techniques including engaging clients in “walk and talk therapy” to assist in overcoming barriers associated with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship distress.
