However, it is possible! Therapy will assist you with understanding the patterns of your behaviors and negative thoughts that inhibit you. I will work with you on developing coping strategies to decrease negative symptoms. The treatment modalities I use are eclectic as I believe one model does not necessarily work for each client; therefore, the interventions I use are person centered and tailored to your individual needs.
