Description
Counseling is external moral support as you take the path to overcome barriers that block you from growing mentally and spiritually. Displaying a time for self- reflection and an empathetic personality is my approach in counseling. I have over six years of experience working with children, teens, and families. I have served individuals and groups within non-profit agency, domestic violence shelter, and in play therapy setting. I have assisted clients, both individually and in groups, with struggles ranging from stress and anxiety, depression, abuse, daily stressors, and a variety of mood disorders. I tailor my approach to each individual utilizing evidence-based therapies, as everyone is different in their own way. I’m compassionate and direct, while helping clients find healing and new ways of coping.
