Description

Are you struggling in the areas of burnout, resentment, indecision and low self-esteem? These are common symptoms of Codependency. As a Therapist, the foundation to which I subscribe is the magic "B" word, which is "Balance". I am expertly trained in helping clients find balance and solutions in their everyday lives.

In addition, I have extensive experience and training in Racial Trauma and Implicit Bias. Biases left unchecked can be extended to other subcategories that includes Interracial Relationships, Workplace trauma, Impulsivity, Self-Care, Self-esteem, and Boundaries.

My goal in therapy is to create a safe and empowering environment for all clients. This translates in helping clients reach a relaxed physical and emotional state.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor through the state of Michigan and National Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors. I graduated from Ashland University (2013) with a master’s degree in counseling and completed further graduate studies in human resources management at Oakland University (2016). I have worked in several private and community-based behavioral health organizations throughout Southeast Michigan.
