Description
Whether you're a teenager, young or older adult, I know that oftentimes people feel stuck and may feel unsure of what to do or how they got there. I understand that uncertainty can manifest as anxiety, depression, or even anger when one is in a transitional phase of life. These feelings can occur due to any number of changes in one's life. I would love to help you navigate through these challenges.
I use a cultural-relational approach to therapy. This means that I honor your unique experiences while highlighting the similarities between us to strengthen our clinical work together. Within that paradigm, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and holistic practices in my work with you. My goal is to empower you and equip you with the tools necessary to adjust and flow with the changes of your journey.
