Whether you're a teenager, young or older adult, I know that oftentimes people feel stuck and may feel unsure of what to do or how they got there. I understand that uncertainty can manifest as anxiety, depression, or even anger when one is in a transitional phase of life. These feelings can occur due to workplace stress, changing schools, major moves, changes in relationships, etc. I would love to help you navigate through these challenges.
I use a cultural-relational approach to therapy. This means that I honor your unique experiences while highlighting the similarities between us to strengthen our clinical work together. Within that paradigm, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based approaches. My goal is to empower you and equip you with the tools necessary to adjust and flow with the changes of your journey.
