Making the choice to explore change for your emotional well being takes strength. I am privileged to facilitate the exploration and personal growth of individuals with challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and family conflict. My practice is founded upon the belief that each and every one of us is doing the best we can, given the circumstances we find ourselves. I take a strengths-based approach with my clients and pride myself on creating an environment that elicits emotional safety, trust and freedom necessary to facilitate growth.
I use a person-centered and integrative approach, blending cognitive-behavioral, psycho-education, mindfulness techniques and art therapy.
