Description
There comes a time in our lives we when we are ready to face our issues. If you are ready to work on those issues, I encourage you to start the process to heal your soul. Soulful Counseling can teach you to do just that. If you are struggling with self-acceptance, relationship issues, spirituality, family rejection, or work-related issues, this is the place for you. Sometimes a person needs help rediscovering themselves, which is where learning to be assertive and self-empowering can help.
I have a passion of working with kids, teens, adults, and the elderly. My areas of focus are teachers, LGBTQIA+, transgender, grief, divorce, parenting, depression, bullying, anger, mood swings, anxiety, weight loss, workplace discrimination, defiant behavior, and career goals. My style of therapy is eclectic, cognitive-behavioral, affirmative, group, integrative, and person-centered. I incorporate music, art, play, spiritual, fitness, motivation, and a tough love environment.
