I work with women, professionals, and mothers navigating anxiety, overthinking, depression, work stress, perfectionism, and the pressure to constantly “have it together.” From the outside, your life may look successful and full. On the inside, it can feel heavy, exhausting, and emotionally draining.
Therapy with me is a space to slow down and breathe, a space where you don’t have to perform. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, patterns, expectations, and pressures shaping your life and begin creating practical, sustainable shifts that bring more clarity, balance, and emotional steadiness.
