I like to take the approach of viewing individuals in a holistic manner, as there are many parts to a person which makes them home. Self-care/Wellness is often an area we neglect. It is a very important piece when dealing with anxiety, depression, Trauma, and overall well-being. I assess each persons needs and develop treatment plans that may use multiple treatment modalities rather than trying to fit someone’s into one treatment modality.
My approach and working with individuals comes from a place of compassion, and attentiveness towards what my clients are communicating. It is my strongest desire to ensure that you feel supported as we work through challenges with effective problem-solving.
